Caps and kites

So M decided to invite boys and girls for his bday. Another classmate had done this before and he then realised that it was fun!
So we went to Michael's and bought a craft project - we would use stickers to decorate caps. Well, all the girls made one - but only 2 boys did it.

The boys then played baseball - and tried playing spike ball. It was fun. The girls were more enthu about Running the tail on the donkey :)
I bought kites for goody bags - but forgot to hand them out. Now I have a dozen kites in the garage! Sigh...

Overall a happy bday in the park! We gave M a Lego ninjago watch - and everyone else gave him lots of Lego :)

Broken string

So this year V wanted an electric guitar...and when it arrived and he tried to tune it the string broke :(
He got so disappointed - but after texting his teacher he was fine. The teacher fixed it in 5 min. Yay!
Now he plays his bright blue guitar and is so excited :)
