Reminded me of winters in Delhi - where everything was cold in the morning. But we survived ... And it was kind of fun. The next night we slept better - it was much nicer when we woke up and we had a good day hiking 😄
The second night we got firewood and tried to light a fire - I say tried because it didn't last very long and we would have to pour starter fuel on it frequently. On that day we all even took a shower using the coin operated system - it was nice and warm.
The Redwoods are really nice and we love the National Parks. The view of the coast with the tall redwood trees was very impressive. The Avenue of the giants was a great drive - (along with many others like Prairie Creek).
Would love to go back.....
